You completely depend on a client. Therefore if the client is good then you are happy. I work in a small team, atmosphere is relaxed, rare meetings are between 17 and 19 and you should be available in this time only, most communications go through Skype. My client is in NY, so I decided to work from 14 to 22, I had always been more productive in the evening. Team is small, so my contribution is obvious.
There are 3 days of sick lives, if you can't work for some reason - just email to HR.
