I have been working for XB Software for less than a year and should say it was kind of nice and productive period of my life. Some of the most important pros for me were:
1) Very courteous and polite managers and colleagues
2) Possibility to choose / influence technology stack
3) Fairly flexible schedule
4) Weekly educational meetups
Минусы
Lack of hard technical tasks (perhaps someone could consider this as an advantage)
