I've worked at Intellectsoft for more than a year and a half, and I have to say that the it's the employees that makes this company amazing.
I have never had the pleasure of working with a more unified group of people. This may be true for many small companies, but Intellectsoft is breaching the 100-persons mark, and they have demonstrated their ability to preserve a close-knit group of employees that can work hard and play hard.
The management treats the employees very well: we have a surprising amount of parties, activities, get-togethers, and even non-work related events (going out to restaurants together, or concerts, etc.). The corporate collective here is the best I've ever worked with.
In terms of day-to-day business processes, I can't say that Intellectsoft greatly differs from other outsourcing companies in Belarus, but I can say that the projects are often unique, interesting, and relatively quick, so there is always a new challenge to overcome. In other words: for better or for worse, the work is never boring.
As far as variety goes: it seems to me that one year working for Intellectsoft is equivalent to three years at bigger companies like EPAM and iTransition.
If you want to build your own portfolio, experience a wide variety of unexpected project challenges, and work for a great collective, then Intellectsoft is a really good place to be.
